Lucyland Sanctuary is a response---not in theory, but in practice. Twenty acres of land in Lucerne Valley, California, being built into a self sufficient commonwealth where people can live, grow food, find peace, and reconnect with what matters.
This is not charity. This is not escape. This is a deliberate defection from chaos---a return to nature, to community, to faith, to truth.
What we build here will be documented so that others can replicate it anywhere. Lucyland Sanctuary is the first. It will not be the last.
To God What is of God
The tithe was never meant to purchase fancy watches or fill the tank of a private jet. Anyone who has watched the spectacle of modern televangelism knows exactly what the corruption looks like. That is not this.
The tithe is covenant. It is Faith made tangible. It is the deliberate act of putting your trust---and your resources---into the work of God into the earth. Not a building. Not an institution. The work.
Dr. Gene Scott taught this without compromise and without apology. The tithe goes where you are being fed. Where truth is spoken without a corporate master. Where the work is real and the hands are on the ground.
This founder already put skin in the game. The land---the twenty acres in Lucerne Valley, California---is hereby dedicated to this vision. It is not mine alone. It belongs to the commonwealth. That isa the first tithe. That is the cornerstone.
